Located in Midland Texas, Hudson on 158 is a brand new, highly amenitized apartment building coming Summer 2021. Below is the selected brand concept translated to a brochure. This brand has rustic hand-drawn illustrations paired with geometric shapes to create balance between masculine and organic elements. 

My involvement on this project includes brand identity and build out of collateral pieces (which are in the works).
